FAQs

At The Helm at Cullowhee, rent is due on the first of each month and the first installment is due via online payment. After the first installment, rent can be paid by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. They can also be paid online through our easy-to-navigate payment portal. A late fee will be applied after the fifth (5th) day of each month. Only certified funds will be accepted in the office once monthly payments are late.

With our individual rental contracts, your student is responsible only for his or her monthly payments — roommates share no financial liability. If a roommate pays late or moves out early, the others’ fees won’t change. This also means co-signers don’t have to worry about anyone else but their students.
